well, this is the second time in as many days that mauti has locked a thread for being off topic
it's kind of annyoing really cuz i would like to see one of these threads go over 200 posts.
i have a question for you mauti, is a thread truly off topic if we all start to go off on the same tangent and nobody is complaining?
an excelent example of this is in a thread called scott and gameranger we were talking about monty python, logical falicies, and how much of a dumbass bondo was by the 3rd page. that thread was certinally more off topic that the kos thread. and yet if i wanted to i could go modify that thread right now
i guess alli'm asking is that you either be consistant or give us a warning when we get close to the edge

Well only to see a thread getting 200+ posts isn't an excuse to spam or a reson to let a thread alive although he is offtopic.
I don't read all threads here and at all I don't care about if a thread gets offtopic or not. However I think some threads are just finished - ?everyone has posted his opinion about it and so I lock them. Generally this forum is very tolerate and allows much more small talk than other Mac gaming forums do.

Exactly, there isn't anything against an off topic thread, as long as it's still alive, when a thread is down to like a post every 2 days, and most of them are just short spamming posts, the thread is head, if you liked the subject that it had come to, then start a new one about that subject.

. ?This topic is really done. ?Brain's question was answered and his head was bitten off. Ofcourse if I'm wrong and anything needs to be added I'm sure Mauti will unlock it. After all I am still a newbie mod eh Ace?
