well i was wondering if you could tell me how to change the snipers in ghost recon to look like jack stone with the black mask thanks in advance.

I haven't used the jack stone model, instead I used the model from one of the russian winter guys, it's almost the same model as Jack Stone. Just copy the .chr files of the skin you want to use into the Character\Allied folder, and rename the same as the current specialty's filename. Put the texture in there too, but you don't need to rename it. The .chr files will look for the name of the old texture, if you want to rename it, you'll have to change all references in the chr files... Sorry that's about as easy as I can explain it!

For what it's worth I think it's a lot easier to mod than UO.

Shit, I forgot about  your tutorial EJ! Sorry 'bout that.

And yes, it's simpler to mod than RS, a lot less text files to edit. Also, the text in the text files is very straightforward. For a uniform it's just one texture with all the pieces all jammed into it. RS uses over a dozen per skin. In the end, the time consuming stuff (making textures, modelling) still takes the same amount of time though.
