Geez guys. All you haters out there just don't have good computers. I have a 56K modem and when I hook up even to 48K, even I don't lag.

Another thing, why would Rogue Spear haters go to a Rogue Spear community forum to post there complaints?

Lol, this "RS Community" started as an R6 community, and all of the people who joined the club like R6.  Just because they took 800 steps backwards in RS...

Anyway, I have a 400MHz comp with plenty of Ram and a great Graphic card, but RS still runs like shit...not because of hardware but because the game was so poorly done it has conflicts with software bits that it shouldn't.  My RS ran like shit offline so the online part had nothing to do with my connection.

I can only say thank god that MacSoft isn't handling the GR port.

Are you speaking of MAC? Sorry, I've never tested RS or R6 on a mac computer. I have a windows 98, so, I have nothing more to say. Tongue

*Sigh* Even posting in this thread makes me feel stupid Wink Perhaps I should start an R6EW Haters club... I'm sure that it would be extremely popular, my only objection to R6, is how stupid most of the players are. I host up a game called "It will warp, you don't like lag? Then don't come". And everyone comes into the game and starts complaining about lag! I simply perfer the smarter players aka, the RS players, I guess that the smart ones all updated to RS...

Let me say this, I don't mean this in an offensive way, please no one, take offence to this, this is simply my simple opinions.

Typhy, if you started an R6 haters club it would be deleted Wink  You have to remember who runs this forum.

As to R6 players being dumber...sure the n00bs are, in the old days though players were 8 times smarter than the average RS player.
