just wondering if kota is bailing on the league to squirm out of the cb... you guys know anything. i know i'm making a deal out of this but its our first WON cb and we were pretty happy and now pretty bummed. if you hear anything, let me know

If they choose not to join the CB can't count, sorry, but rest assured, KotA won't be able to then join a week later.  Either the CB counts when they join or they don't join.

Well, in my opinion, this cb shouldn't have counted in the first place because Kota wasn't on the ladder...promises or not, they simply didn't apply as of the time of the cb.

Rule 3:
3. Only clanbattles against clans registered on the BL ladder will be counted for the ladder.

Well, Coffin Dancer was surprised to hear they weren't on the ladder so that coupled with the intent to join I would call sufficient reason to count them as being on it.

Assassin is right but well KoTa didn't sign up yet if they do we have to ask them about the cb and if Clanless and KoTa agreed to count them for the BL. If they both have an agreement we can make an exception if KoTa denies we will go strict by rules. - Sorry Clanless but you agreed with the BL rules when you signed up.

Well Bondo already asked them so if they thought that they are on the ladder I think it is logical that the cb was official. So once they sign up the cb will count if they deny see above.

Nah I think they are just to lazy to register and add the clan... I hope they are signing up within the next 48hours. Bondo will tell them to sign up quickly.

sorry to say but as i saw in the cubical, yesterday kota disbannded, i heard CD say that it was pointless in running a RS clan if he didnt really play at all, cuz he is all hopped up on MOHAA released, as well as i am,

so Clanless sorry to say but KotA is gone.

KOTA is gone? well that sucks.  I havent talked to anyone in a while so I don't know, but once I get my computer up and running again I believe I will be bringing KotA back into the BL, although I should of had my computer a couple weeks ago I don't know when I will be getting it. So Clanless I will try to talk to the people that were in the CB when I get back into action and I will see about signing KotA up.

I'm posting the CB results here so it will be saved in case it is needed later, but I want to clean it out of the drop box.  We'll just wait and see what happens.
