running mac os 10.2. i used to have a program under os 9 that owuld allow me to log the ip's that would return when i got info of a user so i could ip join r6 games. i feel a bit stupid asking this, but was wondering if there was an x app that could do this or anyway to do it through the terminal. thanks.

Depending on the firewall you use, you could tell it to log all icmp packets and then just look at your logs. You could also join the game and then use netstat to check your connections (this is only needed if you are trying to get an IP for a friend of course). I suppose an icmp logger program would be pretty easy to write for OS X. Maybe...
