I think it makes sense, but once u see a nade, no1 thinks of shooting it, but... nades can be shot I guess... Perhaps, the one who threw the nade was a faaaar away, and the nade auto detonated to early due to the distance. So perhaps u just thought u destroyed it while it was just a detonation.
