Oh boy, this may take some time.

General layout:
     Ahh.. to put it nicely, fucked. The top banner is scaled down from it original size, the left yellow bar server no function other than taking up space, the navigation links are hard to read and in different places (lower left and upper right of banner), the shades of yellow don't match, the masking jobs on the various pictures are mediocre at best, the banner isn't flush up against the top, the orange text wears on my eyes, spelling errors, the left yellow image doesn't line up with the banner, and sometimes it's spaced down from it as well... and thats all I see right off.

Interviews:
     Once I click a link it turns same color as plain text, when the text of the interview passes the bottom of the yellow image on left it wraps to the left edge, it would be useful to include the peoples GR nicknames, not just real names.

Hall of Fame/Shame:
     Just a personal opinion, but I believe halls of fame and shame are lame. They make me wish I had never came to the site with that lame hall of fame or shame. Yea, that rhyme was lame. I'll take all the blame.

Ahhh... not a whole lot else to say. You have your version of content there, and content is king, but the layout and design is just not there. Frankly, I'd rather watch myst doign terrible things to himself with a spoon than look at this site. The design really isn't there.
