MacSoft has the publishing rights for Rogue Spear on the Mac. Ubisoft and Redstorm can't help you. MacSoft wont because their contract runs out soon.

The best thing you can do is e-mail MacSoft and see if they will respond. If they don't, e-mail Scott Kevill and ask him if he can make an exception based on your buying it for the PC and no answer from the publishers. He probably wont go for it, for fear of hurting his relationships with them. But it never hurts to ask.
