joining after the cb starts

We cb'ed GB last night and after the start of the game during our lag test mainman of GB kept joining. The other 2 GB where cool about it and just booted him. Then again at the end of GB's host he joined again, this pissed me off somethin ferice but i kept my coold and left game and began to host the other half of the games locking Mainman out. It doesnt state in the rules what to do if this happens. I really didnt know what to do and i didnt want to leave the cb and lose by forfeit.

Can anyone answer this question on how to handle the situation if it ever comes up again. Mauti, Sin, Bondo???

Just to butt in... since I was here.  The rules say that the server is supposed to be locked.  This would keep the people from IP joining.

The rules are mainly talking about the game room in GR.  If you lock the server then if someone crashes they can't get back in.  Anyway, since he was a member of GB it isn't directly against the rules to my knowledge (although the fact he didn't get the message that he wasn't wanted there is amazing).  Anyway, to my knowledge this isn't something that will be actionable and it didn't really affect the CB from the sounds of it.  I'd just hope most players don't act like jerks in this manner.

In RS, you can password protect the server... so guys in the game could get back in, but IP joiners wouldn't know the password.

It works much better then locking the game room.  To many jerks out there that always come in on the IP...  many of whom are on my ignore list because of it.

ya, the server was locked, he just knew the pw that GB usaully uses and came in, man it was annoying, but in the end Bondo, ur right, it didnt effect the outcome even though they put up a great fight.

On another note, Grift?, when are we gonna cb? that would be cool. Plus, i need to talk to you about somethin else, ill talk when i see u in gr, PEACE!!
