Iraqi Freedom Multiplayer crash?

Anyone else having problem playing multi with this mod activated?

tried it with DS & IT, with just DS and with neither activated, just the Iraqi freedom mod.

Just clicking on the multiplayer tab on the main menu causes a full system crash.  Haven't had that problem with any other mods.  It seems to work fine for the single player, I played through the entire campaign..

but multi causes crashes.  any idea?

I've played the Iraqi Freedom series in multiplayer without crashes. The only problem I had was in the original coversion when switching to night vision caused a crash, but Mauti fixed that.

The mods I had installed were (in order):
 Desert Seige
 HX3
 FL-AVA
 Iraqi Freedom

Yeah, I got the Iraqi Freedom version that's currently up with no conversion, did it myself following Mauti's directions.

I'm going to go try the mods set up like that, thanks for the suggestion.

weird...

I went in, set it up (realized I had no HX3 anymore, so...)

 Desert Seige
 FL-AVA
 Iraqi Freedom

resulted in zero crashes in 10 tries to replicate...

however, then i took out the FL-AVA, then the DS as well, and finally tried it with DS, IT & Iraqi Freedom and still no crash when clicking the multiplayer selection in the main menu.

Since it crashed me about 4 or 5 consecutive times earlier, with restarts in between, I don't know that there was anything different in the system's disposition..

Okay, so it looks like IF tends to crash me when I choose multiplayer if:

a) I start up GR while it's already activated.
b) I start up GR while it and IT are activated, but FL-AVA isn't.

It doesn't crash if:

a) I activate iraqi freedom after starting GR
b) DS, IT, FL-AVA & IF are all activated on startup.

Weird.
