specialists in frostbite?

hello, i've been enjoying frostbite a lot, but i can't figure out how to unlock the specialists. i know they're only available in quick missions, but i don't know how to do this.

There are no specialists in the campaign, and you cannot choose them when playing the frostbite missions in quick mision, only during firefights/defend/recon missions on the extra included maps, not the ones from the campaign.
