Hey, here's my problem, I've got a powerbook g4 15" 867 with a 32meg Radeon Mobility card. I normally run Ghr at 1024x768 but I'd really like to be at a higher res. My Powerbook can support 1280x824 (or whatever that res is), at a decent frame rate, but the interface is very screwed up. Text takes up way more space then normally, and the command maps are very streched. I'm wondering if there is any way to counter-act this. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try turning on/off "Scale HUD" and "Scale Command Map" in the Options of GhR?

Turned on and off scale command maps and it didn't do anything but I did not try the HUD option. I'm at work right now and won't be able to test it until I get home in a couple hours or so, if any has any other ideas, that would be appreciated.

Been playing around with that, but nothing changes, it's funny though, because you'd think it would fix that kind of problem. If anyone has any other ideas, they are greatly appreciated.

You have to restart the game for the change to take effect, did you do that?

Been fooling around with it a bunch more, turning off both scale HUD and scale Command Map made it look much nicer, but the text (so and so has killed so and so) is still horibbly oversized, is there any way to go into the options.xml file and resize the text so that it doesn't look so ugly? I'll be playing around with it for a little while I guess. Thx for the help though guys.

I get the same thing when I set GhR settings above what is set in OS prefs. Command maps are OK with the appropriate boxes unchecked but the text is oversize and pixelated.  Also the screen goes off the edge of the display.  Notice that the zoom seems incredible at higher res?

Ya, it's actually great to play at the higher res, but hte text is really annoying. However, I'm not running it any higher then my default res settings for my computer.
