coco are you sure that unit Yamag chick is realistic?? In school we learnt that the Israeli women have to be masked or something like that... i like the weapon though. looks great. what is it??

The YAMAG units' manpower is made of two sectors - mandatory service personnel, which are two thirds of the units' manpower, and one third pf non-mandatory personnel, who already finished their mandatory service, primarily in the MAGAV ranks. An Israeli SF uniqueness, the YAMAG units are also consist small number of female operatives, which are used mainly for undercover units

Tavor 2 in the sniper configuration actually Raven. Quite an impressive one at that though I wonder why it's held like a pistol.

On the tavor: It's not held like a pistol, but the weak hand can be used to pull the weapon back into the shoulder using the front of the handguard. It is more controllable this way than holding the foregrip horizontally, and it's one of the reasons you see full handguards on many Bullpups. Take a look at the tavor micro, the front of the handguard is actually flared and thicker in the middle, intended to be used as a grip.
There are a number of female combatants in various Israeli units, but what surprised me was that the majority of instructors in many IDF training facilities are female also.
