I'm a little confused about this one.

According to the *DAMN BattleLeague Rules 1.72 - 29.4.2003, General Game Rules:
...
27.   The leader or named representative from every clan is responsible for reading the BL forums daily to know about what is happening. Not having read the forums will not be an excuse for missed challenges.
...

Will all memoranda be posted to this *DAMN R6 Forum Folder?  I assume that it's mandatory that this is what I need to be reading.

Hi,

e.g. you are posting a cb but someone from the other clan posts that this cb was invalid.  It is up to you to check this BL forum part and to answer. If you don't answer we take your behaviour as yes that the other clan is right and that the cb doesn't count.

Just an example why we added this rule.
