I would like to propose a rule for Season VIII that spells out exactly when the last moment a CB can be played and submitted.  The rule could say something like this:

The final time a CB can be played is 12:00 am PST.  This means that the CB must END by 12:00 am PST.  A CB that ends by this time must be posted by 12:15 am PST, and may require a screen shot proving that the CB ended by 12:00 am PST.

Just a thought.  A rule like that would forever end the argument that was brought up at the end of Season VII, and several other earlier seasons.
