I would like to know how cb hungry you are? Would you prefer that we start season X very soon, like starting registration already by the end of the next week and get season X started, or would you like to wait and get some complete new, not yet announced additions in return? The problem is that I as well as Elandrion have finals at university and it's very difficult to get some big changes done.

For Season X if we start asap:

we would add the rule changes we discussed here, make an additional rule book for starters, revisit the FFA scoring, add an AS Capture the Enemy RvS fun ladder, and some other minor things, like warning points updates.

Additional for Season X if we wait or otherwise season XI:

*DBL map pack merger + some updates, and a surprise Lips Sealed.

I would like to start sooner than later, because we all want to cb, season 9 was more or less flawless beside 1 - 2clans that caused a fuss.

However, we the *DBL admin team, would like to hear your wishes concerning the starting date season X!

Myst there will never be an "Optimal readiness" ... as long as we ask for feedback there are going to be suggestions of possible and debatlable changes to inprove the system we have.

As it stands there are several ideas etc that we are discussing introducing to see how they run. The inportant issues that people have brought up and are being discussed will of couse be doe before we start - becase they are issues brought up from last season and have been shown to casue problems. However in the long term we don't want to hold people back if all they want to do is have these changes and then get suck into shooting the shit out of each other playing some jolly good old Clan Battles against each other Smiley

Im for the season starting as soon as possible (possibly cause I've been jonzing to cb) but when are we gonna open up registration? Can we do that now while were waiting for the season to start?

You will NEVER have a "complete" version.  The *DBL is an ever-changing thing.  They will make the changes when they make them.  So why stop CB'ing until a particular feature is finished?  Makes no sense.  Those features that they are talking about will be in the following season if they don't get them out before this season.  Why hold everything up for that?  Get as much in now and let's get this thing started.  Then when Season XI starts there will be new things....and in Season XII I'm sure there will be even newer things....and so on and so on and so on...[/size]
