ok so we cbed x1....undertaker crashed. so x1 was nice enough and said to void the cb, and continue later.
now xaiver posted that we forfeited.
i dont know what to do about this, maulti according to waht they said we did not forfeit.

Hello Mauti,

|DFA| Did forfiet the match thier third member did not retun within the 5 minutes alloted and furthermore none of my X1|Clan members did not agree to forfiet the match. If |DFA| has screenshots of any of my members saying that they were voiding the match DURING the clanbattle in question I want to see them and I'm sure mauti would as well. I have one word for you |DFA| lowdown er........ was that two?

xaiver....your guys specifically said "VOID" the cb. and according to the rules if someone crasheds the map gets redone. your guys said we can rechedual, so i said np.

Look |DFA| I'm not gonna eat up all the forum space arguing with you. WE DID NOT AGREE TO VOID THE MATCH IF YOU HAVE SCREENSHOTS DURING THE MATCH WITH ANY X1 MEMBER SAYING WE WILL VOID OR RESCHEDULE THE MATCH SEND THEM TO MAUTI AND ME.

and about the ss's...i didnt know this would be a problem
+ in the rules it says if someone crashed the match shall be redone, and clearly undertaker crashed. and we could not get undertaker back for 20 mins. Also we would have continued it as a 3v2 if they would have not requested the cancelation of the cb. and according to what you say....and techinically its a forfeit on your part because you suggested the cancellation of the cb. dotn get me wrong...i think you are a great clan and all... just that u guys suggested the cancellation/posponing of the cb.

It appears that the CB is not "Void" as some called it. However, it is not a forfeit, either.

Judging by the conversations, it appears that the bottom line is that the cb will be continued at a date convenient for both clans.

Just to clear something up, coz frankly i dont give a damn wheher we get the win....

rule number 15:
A CB must be started and finished at one time, it cannot be delayed midway through. If a team is not able to finish the CB they MUST forfeit.

Therefor you should not have even offered to postpone it, and there is no mention of voiding in the rules, SOOO we cant really say who was right about that, it seems to me that, as Clan Leaders choose the cbs, they should also be involved in any decision such as voiding... But the rules state that if you are unable to continue you MUST forfeit. Hence you MUST NOT postpone it!

i am sorry to hear that bu...u cannot suggest the cb to be ostponed and then say we forfeited
its like the mod rule
u can only cb with a mod if both clans agree to it
we BOTH agreed to postpone it therefore the match is should be postponed in my view because of the agreement

It seems that this match was postponed, so please delete your posts from the battle drop box about this cb and start it over or continue from 1-1 score.  Mods agreed that is the issue?  Seemingly both clans admitted that there was no forfeit or cancellation?

It's always better to play them out than to just have a forfeit and that is always my stance if both clans agree so yes, continue from the score of 1-1.

Well, maybe you all dont care, but it is a matter of great consequence to the members of [one].
What do the rules state. to the letter , about this.

As it looks to me in the drop box ,DFA lost a forfeit and came back to win another cb.

The chatlogs show that the cb was voided(both clans agreed to it) so this issue is closed.
