Crashes RS every time I try to use it. Is thing thing buggy or what?

It works fine on my computer.

How much RAM do you have allocated? That seems to be the biggest cause of level crashes that I know - but have you checked the RS Log file just to see if there are any clues there?

Make sure you aren't running any other mods to begin with (although I've used both the US TAC Mod and CS2 without any problems).

I don't know which mode you're trying it in, but try loading it up with as few terrorists as possible to begin with, and just see whether that helps...

Sorry not to be more helpful - I'm having the same troubles with the Bern bank mod.
