Allright lets go through it a moment.

firstly, when u dl'ed the manual install, did it unzip all allright? have you checked the file sizes are right?
When u get this error, is the error coming up from the finder as you move the file, or is it coming up when you launch Raven Shield?? -

first up, id suggest you wipe RvS off your HD completely, (but back up your user.ini file if you want to keep all your key binds etc) and make sure you havn't left anything lying around..

- Then do a clean install of RvS, followed by an instal of AS (if you have it and want ot play it)
- run the RvS updater (which you can grab from the Aspyr website)

and now iGuard.
- dl the latest copy (id suggest scrapping the copies of iguard you have dl'ed so far, and getting a fresh copy of the manual install) also like i said, make sure it's all dl'ed fine and un zip it.

- Now all you need to do is move the individual iGuard files into the corresponding RvS folders of your copy of RvS. (yes overwrite the existing files)

- now if you've done all that then thats a correct install and you shouldn't have any problems. but if it dosn't work, lemme know what the answer was to my first couple of questions...

Any catches yet with this?  I'm thinking I may need to update this one more time at the very most, only doing a few things.  I think one of the requests was a namelock so players can't change thier names after entering and I was thinking of updating the detection method a lil bit more to get rid of practically all cheats, this recent update should have gotten rid of most cheats but you never know how crafty cheaters may be.  So let me know, if I do update Rev will be asking for more beta tester's fairly soon.

btw.  No I don't own a Mac, but you guys should be proud of me, i'm using a PowerBook right now!!! lol...(I Think it's better then what Rev has if i remember right)

so yea, long post short...Any Catches with the most recent update?  Am I just looking in the wrong place?

lol I had an account on here but I forgot my password and account name...
