Word/Internet/Powerpoint/General Computing Quickguide

alright, i'm enlisting your help.

I'm running a parent training next weekend on - GULP - using a PC and general computing literacy.  I found these great quickguides on the net in spainsh... http://data.webjunction.org/wj/documents/8301.pdf

But now I'm looking for an equivalent in English.

I know I can buy the actual quickguides at some office store and then scan them in, but I'd rather just find them digitally.

Any one have them or know where to find a good quick guide?
