If we have a euro division can hell have 2 diffrent clans on the ladder like [He||] and then [He||] euro 2 diffrent clans on the ladder or does both divisions have to stay inside one clan?

Well since you are obviously one clan you can't participate under 2 different tags. All in all no new clans can join season 4 anymore.

Well for season 5 you could join with 2 clans if the following has been followed. You need 2 different and easy to distinct clan tags like HELL EUR an Hell. No players from Hell EUR can play for Hell and vice versa and both clans need an own leader that has the full control of the clan.

To sum up if you aren't affiliated they can join but you are obviously affiliated so I would advise to play under one name.

I would also like to point out that you would not be able to play against each other (I assume)
Because if you can, then it is two entirely different clans.

the only way I have figured how you can be in 2 clans is if each clan was for a different ladder.  Liek one for RS and one for ghr.  Other then taht it cannot be done.
