Watch how a Republican foot soldier drags a protester to the ground and kicks her repeatedly.

Hitler would be proud of the Republican fascists. Thuggery, pure and simple.

What I find troubling is that the Bush Administration is so afraid of protestors, they have to screen to make sure only people that will kiss his ass get to see him speak. They don't want anyone asking him important/tough questions. This is an afront to democracy.

The use of violence and the marginalization of voices of dissent are two sides of the same coin.  Both are used with the intent of empowering their users by terrifiy and making impotent those that disagree with them.

Agian, I the Republican leadership is busy turning the party into an American version of the Nazi party.  Instead of Jews it's muslims.  Instead of Poland and France it's Iraq, Iran, and North Korea. Both parties were closely allied with powerful corporations.  Imfamously, fascists thought of themselves as corporatists uniting the interests of the state with the interests of corporations. Both parties were ruthless and enraged, but coldly calculating. And sadly the average Republican, just like the average German, is blind to their leader's true nature even as it stares them in the face.

War. Violence. Anti-freedom rhetoric. A "dear leader" mentality. And a near religious zeal for the Party and it's rulers.

And it is this sort of moral curruption, personified by Bush, that we see reflected in the brutal violence that Republican foot soldier used against that freedom loving protester.

But of course, violence is born out of a senes of weakness.  You have no need to hurt someone you disagree with unless you fear they are right and have no other means of shutting them up.  This personifies the entire Republican platform. Weakness, reflected in their policies and in their actions. They have no successes to point to, only powerufl rhetoric and the willingness to use violence and slander to bury their true weakness and unpopularity.

A weak president gives up the search for Bin Laden and goes and kicks the tin-pot dictator out of office, just as the weak Republican foot soldier drags  an innocent women to the ground and kicks her. He doesn't talk to her because for him she is beneath contempt.  She is a dog to be beaten.

I'm tired of the Republicans treating America like a pitiful dog.

I had a dream last night that I was talking to Bush... I was going to ask him questions about politics and the election but I didn't think he could handle them, so I started to ask him normal person things like "do you barbecue?" and "what's your favorite movie?"

Police subsequently handcuffed her and she was led away to a nearby van. As she was escorted, she repeatedly shouted "Police brutality" and demanded to know her rights and the charges.

Later, she was charged with defiant trespass and released.

WTF is with "defiant trespass"? Sab can u get the Miss's to enlighten me please? She bought a ticket to go like everyone else, and they arrest her for defiant trespass? fucking hey love the freedom of speach thing going on there.

lol gabe, yeah u don't want to make his brainn hurt. Perhaps start him off easy with questons liek "hello what is your name" or "is that spot your dog" then slowly you can move up to questions like " what are you going to do about the state of the economy and the problem of unenployment if you get another 4 years in office?"

In fact what is he going to do? when ever i see ur guys on TV its just like some ring side entertainment - no conent, just lots of fist pumping and "im great, he's shit, im better, he's crap, lets kill somebody who isn't american for being a terrorist, woot" etc... Are US candidates incapable of actually talking about what they want to do for the country and how they can help solve problems and help people?

Here's an example of Republican fearmongering and bigotry.

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=533&e=7&u=/ap/20040917/ap_on_el_pr/campaign_mail

>>>
"Campaign mail with a return address of the Republican National Committee warns West Virginia voters that the Bible will be prohibited and men will marry men if liberals win in November.

The literature shows a Bible with the word "BANNED" across it and a photo of a man, on his knees, placing a ring on the hand of another man with the word "ALLOWED." The mailing tells West Virginians to "vote Republican to protect our families" and defeat the "liberal agenda."

Republican National Committee Chairman Ed Gillespie said Friday that he wasn't aware of the mailing, but said it could be the work of the RNC. "It wouldn't surprise me if we were mailing voters on the issue of same-sex marriage," Gillespie said."
<<<

And from the same article, the Republican message of unity.

>>>
"There is a line drawn in America today," one ad says. "On one side are the radicals trying to uproot our traditional values and our culture. They're fighting to hijack the institution of marriage, plotting to legalize partial birth abortion, and working to take God out of the pledge of allegiance and force the worst of Hollywood on the rest of America."

"Are you on their side of the line?" the ad asks before making the plea to "support conservative Republican candidates."
<<<

Telling people that a small minority are trying to persecute Christians, attack their families and ban bibles is an old tactic.

I'll just leave it at that.

Republicans: using fear to control you.

IDENTIFIED!

>>>
A New York ABC television affiliate captured footage of a Republican Youth Convention attendee dragging to the ground and kicking an AIDS activist who had entered the event undercover as part of a larger protest against the George W. Bush administration.

The student in the video, whose name was unknown at the time the footage was taken, has been identified by several Penn students as Wharton junior Scott Robinson, a member of the Penn College Republicans.

Scott Robinson, you are a fascist!
