Hi Fireheart, yes im afraid so, although you don't have to wait too long (only 32 days remaining). During that time though its well worth getting all your clan together and familiarizing yourself with the rules, id strongly recommend you try a couple of 'PCB's' (practise clan battles) either with a nice friendly clan out there, or just between your own clan members; just to get yourselves familier with how a *DAMN DBL match shapes up.
