latly ( since i installed 10.3) i can't seem to open up and ".dmg" file that i download, and im not talking about the occasional corrupt warez, because i don't warez. Im talking about stuff from aladinsystems, and other such official companies, providing their products as ".dmg" files....

any help would be apprieciated.... also, dvd's and mountable media ( like my Sony Digital Camera) stoped showing up on my desktop, even though the preferences say that it should...
I can still play dvd's fine, but i can't access my digital camera, and the whole process is kinda anoying

once again any help, much apprieciated...
