I don't get it , why does it lag it's a brand new 1 ghz speed and has 256 mg and 1 gig hard drive. Shouldnt this be enough? Please help me out guys, maybe becasue I only have 256 ram instead of 512? I know mac os x automatically adds whatever memory an app needs and I have the ge force 4 card.

It's terrible, performance wise. My old imac was 350 mgz and RS and R6 worked great. Now I have a 1 GHZ 17 LCD imac and it's shiite! Lag and freeze and poor rendering. Xbox GR runs awesome. I just bought it for mac bc i thought id have desert siege and mods and it would be worth having both versions. wrong

I have an identical Mac and works great fo me!

Maybe you have some other processes that spoil the performance. Quit every M$ software you have open!

Ghost Recon used to run like absolute shit when i had my 256 mb of ram on my g4 700.

Now i have 640 mb ram, and on any decent host, it runs really well.

256 RAM isnt even enough for OSX nad u will that OS X runs games with so less RAM?
It was a god choise to get some extra RAM.
