Mellow, I'm going to do two things for you.

First, I'm going to lock this thread.  I'm going to do this so that only admins can respond to you (if they want).  We can all respond in locked threads.  This will let just those you wanted to respond, and not turn this into the third thread just rehashing the same things.

Second, I'll tell you where I stand on this.  I'd consider it, depending on who asked, what they said, and how truthful and sincere I thought it was.  But I wouldn't hold much hope out for it either happening, or changing my mind.  

Yes, overall, I like many of the BTs guys.  Yes, almost all of the troubles in this whole matter circle around two or three individuals that couldn't get along, and it's a shame that other good people should have to suffer.  But, in my eyes, they don't have to, they will chose to.  It is their choice.  See, the BL is about clans, not individuals.  so the clan has to be punished.  Now, almost any member of BTs can, by the rules, make a choice for next season.  Do they support the clan, and the actions that caused them to be banned?  Or do they chose to leave and join or start a new clan?  No matter which choice they make, they do so informed.  

If they think it was right to just defy the admins, and that it was worth the ban, and want to stay in BTs, I completely respect that decision.  If they think it was wrong, and want to CB, so leave BTs, I completely respect that decision.  Everyone has their own feelings over it, and their own priorities.  And yes, they even have a choice.

So, yeah, you make a lot of sense Mellow, but I don't think it will happen.  The same thing that got BTs in this mess is the same thing that will keep it from getting cleared up.  That's just my opinion.

Ok. So the first point id like to make is this was, really, the last thing we wanted to have to do. Nobody in the Admin section who spoke about these recent issues were happy that im aware of, nobody felt this was how things should be done.

? Agreed. The ban of BTs is not good for the BL... there will be less cb's, less active members ect. At the same time however  i don't think its good for the BL for a clan to treat the Admins with such a blatent lack of respect for their decisions. IF there is no respect for decisions how can they in anyway control the BL?

? I would listen, i don't know what my reaction would be. I've been pretty hammered by some individuals for posting the group of Admins decision regarding this matter. I didn't agree to be an admin for the fun of it, to insome way treat some better than others... I did it becasue i wanted to do my bit to help the BL, to give my input and advice and, above everything else to HELP. To get the flaming, the abuse and the insults aimed both at myself and other admins is both upsetting and depressing.

I Spent as much of my time the other night in an effort to get some form of communication between BTs and -MP5-  .. I wanted them to drop their issues and play a cb, be it in any form, for the sake of the BL.... i also felt i and other admins made it extreamly clear what the outcome would be if they would not listen. In fact in the admin forum eight posted a simple "and what if we dont play the cb" (not exact words)... several of us responded clearly informing him of what the options would be.

I don't expect an appology in any form... Because most of those concered cannot and will not see the possition we were put it, and simply believe that we are wrong, that we targeted them, and that they are right. On that note i do not see how there could be any form of appology...

This was not a decision about BTs in the form of its individual members... The responsibility lay with the clan leader. For those that wanted to resolve the issue then i am only sorry that your hands were tied in going against the wishes of the clan leader.

I and others tried our hardest to resolve this issue. I loose count of the time that i and other admins have spent trying to resolve it. To have this thrown in our face was at best frustrating... i doubt whether any one inloved will feel differently now.
