Ok...this is my last shot...

I used to be able to host Ghost recon games, but then "all the sudden"
i wasent...

Ok, and i cant give you all too many clues but if you can solve this one i
would really appreciate it. The funny thing is that i can host other games eg. Ages of empires 2, but not GhR. Im running a firewall app called "brickhouse" and i used to allways shut it off when i hosted games, now-a-days it dosent work.

(i dont need answers like "open right ports" or "turn off firewall", been there, done that Smiley )

If i can host other games it cant be the firewall...can it?

Any ideas?

Are you using the 1.0.2 patch ? I had the same problem untill I realized I had 1.0.2 but wuz still clicking on the old icon on my desktop(1.4) Now I can host no problem,but I still suck.

I've never been able to host a game... I have a cable modem, going to a router, then a hub, which connect my AirPort Base Station. My desktop talks to the AirPort....has anyone been able to get this to work?

     Hosting through AirPort always creates problems. There are some knowledgable AirPort monkeys in this community, though, so keep asking around until you find some. : ) They should be able to help you.
