You are aware of the several kits which issue two pairs of binoculars I am sure. The AN94, FAL, M60, and PKM for the record. If I were to change these kits to what they ought to be, sensors and claymores, and for the sake of arguement I forgot to change them back before starting a cb, would this be considered an offense? I can't help thinking that since the change is simply to correct an obvious bug, and since it wouldn't change gameplay during a cb (who uses them anyway) that it could be overlooked.

No game files should be modified in any way for clan battles. No matter that it is an obvious bug or not. It would only create problems as you can imagine.

You would need to inform the other clan about your modifications and they have to agree to them. All in all your modification would be handled like any other mod by rules.
