When I try to use Mike Schell's Skin Graft for Rogue Spear, now (meaning it use to work), whenever I click on any CRP files, it just says "Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object"

Then it just closes the program. Hey, I am modding and I've created some VERY good textures, I about to put them together when that happened. It has worked before, so PLEASE HELP.
