clark.  the best tutorials for mod making are right on this web site!
http://www.planetrainbowsix.com/damnr6/work.html

This site has a tutorial direct from RedStorm, as well as ones written by others.  Of course, the best way to make mods is through lots of trial and error.  Then it is very rewarding when you spend 6 hours figuring things out, then find this tutorial page that explains it in 5 minutes Wink

ok, that happened to me and it wasn't fun, but still, check out that site.  if you need any more help I know a little bit, but Mauti and Bander know enough to rewrite the game.  (And they have)  So I hope that helps, and have fun!

I have already made the mods. They just wil not work on my R6. I think this is because they  are still simpletext documents. I cannot convert them to whatever kind of file they must be. ( At least I think that is why they don't work).

I guess you must have them in the wrong folder. ?Why don't you email either me or mauti the files and tell us which folders you have them in. ?I/We can try to figure out what is wrong or where you should put them.

oh yeah.... it is ok for them to be simpletext docs.  In fact, they should be.
