Hi Coco,

here I will post all my experience with the beta version of your HK ITD 2.1 Mod.

  • Bug #1: The picture of the SL-89(I think that was the name) mine doesn't show up in the game.


BTW your models aren't high-res, Shocked, lol you are kidding. How many polygons did you use per weapon model?

Oh I don't know about the poly's, I didn't sweat it too much because most of the models aren't that detailed, it's really mostly textures. I could have put in a lot more details/poly's but I didn't think it was necessary and I wanted it MP playable;)

Grin Cocobolo and Cobra 6,

your HK ITD 2 rocks. It is so cool because the values of each weapon isn't to realistic. It is a perfect mixture between realism and fun. Cool
Nevertheless I have a suggestion to make this mod more enjoyable:

  • You have also added few new ammo types. So  it would be very useful for all player if you add a read me where you explain which ammo does what. Please add this I think it is very important to take advantage of the ammos.


By the way the correct name of the mine is M89 - PDM and not SL - 89 as I wrote it above.

Cobra and Coco please don't release it to fasthere is another bug:

  • Bug #2: May you have found this bug but the model of the M67 grenade doesn't show up so you dont know where the nade flies. There is also no explosion only a sound.

So far I haven't found any further bugs but please add a READ ME where you explain which ammo file cause what! - Thanks.

yep, we got the frag problem fixed already, I did new models for the frag and smoke grenades! So ya can take a quick look at it before it blows you away lol! "Wow, nice fr...blam!" Grin
I also added the ammo description file to the mod, it will open automatically after install. We're pretty much ready now, expect it tomorrow night! Mauti, I will send it to you early in the AM, is that enough time? If not lemme know

No problem Coco. I need aproximatly 2 hours to convert  the mod and to make the installers. The only thing you might want or should change are the reticules of the MP5 A3 and all othe rweapons that use this reticule. The idea to simulate a torch is nice but somehow it is only a disadvantage.

In another post you wrote that you will change some reticules may this one belongs to them so you can forget this post.
Then from my side this mod is gold and ready to
release.

Awwwwwww my flashlight reticule!!! I was planning on making it more transparent. But it is really for CQB where you are really close, so even when you fire full blast and the ret blooms out all your shots still fall in the circle. I'll see what I can do with it though, I see the problem you are describing, I was coming up with a solution for it last nite. OK then we're set for tomorrow. WOW the final flashlight reticule rocks  Grin Great work and now the transparence looks awesome. However I have noted that the HK SR9 sniper gun uses the PSG - 1 model. Is this a bug or haven't you made a model for this gun?

Hey Guys,
Bugs my ass!! Yeah, there still may be some small issues but this thing kicks ass. SSSSSSSSWWWWWEEEEEETTTTTT!!!!!!!! I put the word out on the zone and gamespy, so peps should start dl this thing like crazy. I had a blast playing it. My wife made me put headphones on, lol. Sounds and wep pics are great. Rets are really nice. I really like the g11, gotta get use to it though but it is really nice. I havent read any of the replies but im sure they are positive. If not, who cares, I think its the best ive played. I like NMM mods but I have to say you guys beat it. Ive got Liquids new beta too.
The clear ump is great. My favorite wep now looks the best, lol. Thanks for a fantastic job and all the long hours. Wish I could have helped but I dont know my ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to modding. Great job guys.

Thanks! And Mauti,the model, yeah that's right, it'd the only one I skimped on since they were the same except for the scope basically as the sr-9 tc. That is the model it uses, basically it looks the same as the psg-1 but the foregrip is differnt, it is a whole different model from the psg-1
