Final Decision from *DAMN BL admins:

To both clans involved. We have now faced a situation where cbs havent been played? within either normal or extended time. We are placing a line under previoue arguments but be in mind that the behavior of both clans has been extreamly disspointing.
If CBs arent finished within 24hours? After 12PM PST? Tonight (22/3/2004), then you are to be excluded from the finals.
