Has anybody noticed the High Cap Mag glitch?

When u get a high-cap, it comes with 2-3 "clips". So your hauling three 25 pound ammo clips on your back then. Um, you may be a bit tired after a round.(high cap AKA which is actually a "drum")

no biggy tho.

How is that a glitch main? If they implemented stamina to multiplayer it might be one, but I just don't see  how it could be now.
