and starting a topic about 2 folders on Nova's desktop is...low  Sad
i mean...after i busted the whole deal to mauti everyone started acting all innocent and shit...if im not wrong the only one to admit using it was eight, the rest was like "i tried it once, but thats it"

Hey Joka,

I did admit to using the FSNV in the past.  If I'm not mistaken you had used it also.   I remember going over the placement of the files with you on netfone.  I thought it was legal since 90% of the clans had them.  I think the issue is that why would someone have them anymore.  The BL does not allow them, so why have them.  The two folders on Nova's desktop looked out of place.  Those folders belong in the ghost recon game folder, not sitting on someones desktop.  That could be why Nova is having trouble with the textures while playing.  To me that is his ploblem to fix not ours.  It was his choice to place those folders on his desktop.  Also, I noticed the options.xml is on there also.  Those are important files.  That could be were is trouble is.  Leave them where the belong!  In the Ghr game folder!


Lets not bring up the old ussues and let Mauti and the rest of the staff member deal with the current problems.

i have them in the folders, as well as on my desktop....

the options.xml file is not important......u can delete it when ever u want, there will be a new one created.....

the restore is needed if i have to restore my fsnv if i have to play in a cb, if not, i copy the fsnv files back into the textures folder....
and i have them on my desk, because i dont want to browse though all these directories....

open your options.xml file and search for

<FullScreen>TRUE</FullScreen>

then sitch it to

<FullScreen>FALSE</FullScreen>

save

and ure playing in window mode

yes i did also use FSNV also at one point but never when SM was still up.
I only heard about it in BTs.....wich makes you....a liar  Sad

cause never discussed this with you on NF, someone else helped me  Wink

you helped me with the reticule modding never even discussed about FSNV with you when in SM...  Sad

I think Mauti cleared this issue up already guys.....

"Well to have the NV files on your desktop isn't a prove that you cheated but yep there are a lot of cheats like you said so the cheat test rules say that you have to meet each other near a building, stone or tree.
However the only way to prevent cheating is to create a plugin that compares the checksum of the original folders. This would work very effective against most cheats.

Please do not post anything else negative about other clans, accusations included. I am sick of reading flame wars.. If another team starts a flame war, respond with respect.
