I have just downloaded this file but after it installs the ModsCont.txt says it v1.2a.  Also I understood that it would be compatable with Island Thunder.  When I choose a quick mission on an IT map, it crashes to the desktop.  Is the correct 1.3 file out there or am I missing something?

Coco or cobra are the file guys but yes I sure it was compatable with IT. Also the 1.3 should be correct.

I answered this in email but didn't see the thread. Yes, the modscontent file still says 1.2a, that's ok, it's the latest version, that's just something that got overlooked...
