Jay glad you like the Chars. Coco made them, so he will need to respond. Im sure he wont mind. Just be prepared to let him in on a few details on your project. Take care.

OK here's the deal. You can use the chr's, but either you completely reskin them (i.e.create your own texture from scratch without using parts of the DTD texture) or you can use them as-is with the current textures. I just  don't want to have textures with some of my stuff and some of your stuff mixed together, kind of eliminates the point. Also, there's additional versions of the afghan characters that weren't used in the game anywhere, which are different colors and whatnot. They are in the same folder.

ok sounds fair. we will either use as is or make completely new textures for them no problem. Thanks coco, you did do an excellent job on them.

hey cocobolo, for my mod we have had an iraq style map made for us which will have a couple missions scripted on. i was wondering if it would be ok with you if we could use some of your insurgent type ned characters to use for the iraqi insurgents and also maby some middle eastern civilian chrs for the iraqi civillians. As with the afghan chrs if you give us permission we will either use the chrs as is or we will make completely new textures for them ie no mixing or editing of your textures.

I don't think it'll be a problem, just shoot me a list in a PM so I know which ones, that's all I really need. Shoot me a beta when you can, I'd like to check out what you're doing!
