Rookie Question - IDF 1.3 Mod Problem

Hang with me here, I'm a complete Ghost Recon rookie.

I've downloaded and installed the IDF 1.3 mod. When I get to the point of selecting my team the correct characters/names are present in the roster, all of the correct kits are in place, however the uniforms on the characters are blank/white. Faces and weapons are correctly displayed.

Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong?

The IDF mod has to be the lowest in the activated mod list that should help.
