I don't get how you think DP01/DP05 maps are CQB. All the other maps are huge! how can that be CQB? CQB is 5 minutes no sensors 2v2, by the time you find each the game will be over. Lets say a clan is losing 3-2, the other team choses stronghold, or ravine for example, and decides to camp in a bush the whole game to make it a draw. Therefore if they draw, then they win. In creekbed you can find that person and be careful withing 5 minutes. Ravine is a damn maze! how will you find someone on ravine? Same with stronghold, its huge. I dont even wana start on wilderness or farm....

And god forbid, Wilderness, camp in a house al game, and you get an easy fuckin win at 3-2, i'm not saying or pointing out that anyone would do that but i think deep down most clans would, esp when 1st place is on the line.

What maps would you guys like to see in the cqb ladder?

Obviously, Training, Docks and Small River, but what else?

Creek, Castle-Day, Trainwreck, Small-Valley (the orange-lit one), Night-Battle, and Docks are IMO CQB applicable. Roll Eyes

I would like to see more maps in cqb, i dont think maps like stronghold are all that big, i'll agree with sar on the ravine and wilderness/farm stuff, but there are some more maps we could add in.

Well, GhR was never really meant for CQB anyway, so they only put in a couple. I do agree that it would be fun to have more maps.

suggest the ported map of "chalet" as well. Awsome map - (like the good old RS map!)
small enough for 2v2,s very CQC in the buildings but with a little more distance for outside. All in all would be perfect

stronghold=not a cqb map, we played it earlier, definitely not a good map for 2v2 cqb.

i suck at training, its a map i hate.  i moved around, not alot ya i know but i did and its not like you had to go to far to find me.  what pissed me off was you bitching about how people are going to camp the bigger cqb map for wins.  then when we pick the stronghold in our cqb, thats just what you do lol.  way to set thee example.

Oh well doc, you have to understand how pissed we were when u camped me out in training, we thought "hey if thye wana play cheap, so can we right? we hated stronghold too, the first time we played it we ran our asses off, but after u camped me in training we decided to camp you. I mean in trainign i must have searched every place in the damn map.

OMG people get over it.  It's a 2v2 for christ sake, it makes no difference. sar out smarted us, good job.  Hell, personally, i was impressed.  Whoever it was on BTs hid right in a bush, and I charged right past them, like an idiot not seeing a thing.  It was a valid tactic, get the other team used to think that you play aggressive, then on the next round play conservative.  Everyone in every clan camps, it's a common fact!  i can't believe there are still fights about this.  who cares. everyone just let it go.
