[Tips and weekly roundup] - [13.2.2005 ; 6:49 pm - by *DAMN Mauti]
Welcome,

another week is coming to an end and so it is time for our weekly roundup and further some tips to use your sheep right!

In both team ladders not much happened, Po)| and dr. are still leading. However -ViP- conquered the 3rd place on the GhR team ladder and the newcomer -aP- is currently second in the RvS ladder before *TF6, which have a strong comeback so far, and :MOD: being fourth.

The CQB ladder is currently the most hard-fought ladder. -ViP- conquered sensational the 1st place with some very risky cbs. However they have now reached a sheep class where they have to do even more risky cbs or beat their direct opponents. z][t tries to keep the gap small. Also the Unknown Clan .[?] had a good week and are now placed 3rd. However Po}|, [a] and MOD are still very dangerous, and it probably won't need long until they grab for the top position. Beside that our GhR newcomer SbK made some good progress this week and climbed from the 12th place to the 7th. CA has only 2 sheep left - will they recover? They have a chance, 2 to be exact. Guys you can do it.

The RvS FFA ladders haven't seen many changes: FRISBEE is still leading but Niklot is constantly closing the gap.

GhostSniper was defeated this week and lost his first position to Twist and is merely 19points behind. Followed up by Logic, eight and Ru-47, who jumped a few ranks forward.

Good luck gals and guys. I'll be back next sunday with my 3rd weekly roundup. Can -ViP- be defeated, can Po)| hold their position on the team ladder, will dr's winning margin shrink? We will see, it depends on you. Go cbing!

Alright so far my 2nd roundup. I also would like to start some cbing tips.

Today I'm covering the aspect of cbing and sheeps: the tension in cbs is much higher than in a regular game, however may some of you don't want to risk too much and want to gain experience first hand, but are afraid to lose too many points?! Here the sheep come into play:

Don't refuse cb invitation, because believe me there is no better way to practice cbing than having a lot cbs. So if you get a cb invitation, have your members on, and have time, CB!!! Just bet a very low amount. 1 - 5 sheep. It will be fun, you gain experience and if you lose you have only lost 1 - 5 sheep, that's almost nothing for the extra tension and fun you got.

So cb as much as possible, even if it is only for a few sheep. You can only benefit from it.

Last but not least I would like to mention that I think it is a very nice idea of .[?] and {E} to post cb reports/thanks to clans for good cbs. Good sportmenship. Thumbs up!

Regards,

Mauti
