Number 1-Keeping accuracy up
The most common mistake a rs player make is thinking their gun is more accurate than it is. The first shot is right on, depending on what gun you are using, that could be it. A good way to keep your accuracy is to shoot in spurts of 3-5, instead of pulling a newbie move, and clicking and holding, wasting half your clip or more only hitting them maybe minimal amount for the amount of ammo you could of been shooting someone else with. With the 3-5 tactic you can also run, and keep your accuracy good. By the way, this is if your a ways away, or wounded, but if not, the hold clip shooting isn't a bad idea.
Number 2-Dancing well
Assuming you know what dancing is....The best way i have found, to dance well, is to get as close to the guy as possible, and stay to his back, use side stepping and running and shooting at the same time. Always,or try to look at the wanker your trying to pop. While your running circles around the guy, mix it up and go different ways, but, always staying close to the guy looking at him, and shooting. It is a good idea to use secondary gun before resorting to reloading, but if you notice your not getting shot at, this is a good time to reload, but make sure you are running like hell!!
