*DAMN R6 Forum

Sadly my conversion skills obviously aren't up to this Mod, so I'm wondering whether Mauti (or someone more skilled than I) would consider porting over the TEX SpecOps Arsenal Mod recently posted on Pie? I've got all the weapons working, but about a quarter of the sounds aren't working, and neither are the custom missions - but the weapon models are very cool - and some of them actually have working laser sights (you can see your team mates' laser beams moving throughout the room! very cool!)

Anyway, just a request....

those laser sights sound cool... i have been looking for a good mod that feels like its an expansion pack to RS, like UO. I usually don't play mods but i'm lookin for a change to RS

unfortunately, the laser sights are more of a graphic "ooooo" than anything else: they aren't really incorporated into the game in any other way. And I should add that my estimate of sounds lost is wrong, I'd say I'm missing about 75% of them in this mod.

But the first time you see the lasers moving past you is very cool - even though it also goes to show you just how bad the aim on your AI team-mates can be - they're worse than me!

Get the US TAC Mod or the Official SWAT mod for Mac if you are looking for something that isn't cheesy and doesn't take away from the game. You won't be sorry... 8)

Hmm can i have a link to these mods plz, cuz umm every time i try to Get mods from damn, i only see like 3 mods to get, and i get bummed =-(
