im reposting this here because i posted it last night after our cb with CIA, and it was deleted.  i was told it would be safe in the general gossip section.  the following posts [the dont fit in one, sorry] were what i put up last night.  i also noticed that after beating cia 10 - 4, it only says 9 - 4 on the ladder.  how can he cheat like this????

well EsF beat CIA in a clan battle toady. ?but i just wanted to let everyone here know that cia romulus was a baby about it, and that he cheated. ?there is no way he should be in charge of the battle league.
in our cb, on his host, he made us change maps because we were kicking their asses. ?he gave us 10 seconds to decide, or he was going to pick for us. ?we wanted to keep using the map we were on. ?he wouldnt wait for me to green up. ?after playing for a while, he challenged my being a member of the clan, and accused me of being a cheating dragon. ? dadog then said something about him messing up the gun, that it wasnt working right. ?i think he was moding the skorp, since nobody uses it. ?it also looks like they found a bug in warehouse, but im not sure.

in the game, dadog told romulus that he fucked up on the gun mod.  they were all confused as to why it wasn't killing us.

CIA members have cheated right in front of my eyes.. I've observed Ghost and Mr. Yoshida(Saint) inside boxes/barrels many times..

With this proof, i will be forced to remove CIA from the Battle League. As stated in the *DAMN Battle League rules, "Dont try to cheat!!! When a guy is stacking in barrels, walls,... he must immediatly tell it. And he isnt allowed to shoot anymore in the game. The best thing he can do is a selfkill. If someone cheats( using the door cheat in City Street or disappears in the road hill,.....) His clan loses the game. ?Also " *DAMN preserves the right to ban or remove a clan wich acts unacceptable anytime from the *DAMN Battle League.

The use of modded guns and hacks (such as hiding in cabants) will not be allowed in the *DAMN Battle league.

I give deadeye alot of credit because although he is a newbie, and many poeple dont believe him, he was smart enough to save the conversation, which clearly indicates cheating on CIA's part. Thank you Deadeye.

Assassin, i am surprised you can back up Romulus on this, saying that deadeye should'nt say CIA cheated because Romulus has more power then him. What Romulus has done is abuse his power (again...) and will not get away with it this time.It is a shame that his clan has to go down with him this time. :(

Well guys, I'm glad you decided to talk to me before suspending CIA from the Battle League...seeing how I am the leader and all.  I'm not happy about this.  Now, before you guys go suspending them on account of a few peoples testimonies...I suggest we look into this.  Ultimo...we need to talk.  IM me or talk on GR.  At the very least send me an email (you know what my address is)  and lets discuss this like real people.  Get back to me when you have the chance.  My apologies to deadeye, but when a newbie comes and insults my personal friend...don't do that.  And NEVER do it to someone with a temper like I.  Thats my story and I'm stickin to it.

Romulus, even if you admit to using it once, you are supposed to kill yourself or let the other players know. In the rules it says something like that or you forfeit the game. I did not kick you off the ladder yet, but we merely suspended you for the time being until this mess gets sorted out. Think of it as an officer involved shooting, even if the cop was right, he still gets suspended until the investigation is complete. Don't look too far into this but I sure would like to get to the bottom of this fiasco.

first, to postal worker.  i can understand u taking offense to the post where i called out the sexuality of your friend.  but that was in response to his deleting my posts the first time.  my first posts were right on track, saying to judge for yourselves.  so, from the point of view of u defending your friend, its no problem with me.  but im not promising not to call it like i see it in the future.

second, about the cheating.  seems to me, that u still can lose if u cheat, it just means u suck at cheating too.  when i say cheating, i mean the following things.

1) he didnt wait for me to green up (he accused dragons of this on his old website)
2) he made us switch maps and play a different one on his host, where we are supposed to get to pick.
3) he only put the score as 9 - 4 on  the battle league, and we beat them 10 - 4.
4) dadog told romulus that he fucked up the gun in the game.  they were talking about why it wasnt working.  i would buy the line he tried to give in the chat log, but on the pc, the host moding a gun that nobody ever uses is a common cheat, and the skorp??  makes me think they tried it.

so issues 1 and 2 are the same things rom says dragons did when they "cheated" on his old web site.  oh, dear, did i just say his old web site.  maybe some people  dont know how long ive really been around.  

and last, for assassin, im glad u finally read all my stuff.  as for postal worker being able to kick my ass... that may not be a smart bet.  u've never seen me play.  i used to play on pc.  im just now being converted to macs by a friend of mine...... u know him as grifter.  i know him as i was the best man at his wedding.  and im using one of his old computers.  so please, just keep thinking i suck, makes it all the sweeter later.

we dont cheat.

members of CIA are all (including me) too stupid to find out how to change gun accuracy's etc. and if we did, it would affect the other team and they would be able to cheat too.

#2 the only one I know of is in spa, and ive never played spa in a cb

as for moding a gun, ive spent some time reading back posts before posting here (under advise from a buddy) and i look back to a bunch of posts where romulus was begging peole to show him how to cheat.  dont believe me, go back and look for yourself.  add to that, that all it takes for a host to mod a gun is notepad (whatever u call it on a mac) and just chage a couple numbers.  now, being an admitted dumbass, i can see why u would fuck up that simple little mod.  so, like in so many other threads, u, sheepdip, and cia in general wants to skip out on the check, not answer the questions asked, and use misdirection so people might not notice whats going on.

number two, you must be a newbie, scince you dont know how gun modding works. if you change the stats of the gun using simple text, it affects all guns in the game that were modded, not only "blue team" or "gold team"  BOTH TEAMS! that means if we did mod the guns, (and im going to explain this as if i was talking to a 5 year old,) youd also be able to use the magic power that fairies sprinkled on our guns. so if we did cheat, youd cheat too! youd notice, guns that have perfect accuracy, guns that have 100 bullets, guns that have the zoom of a sniper rifle etc. but you didnt.

on a personal note the "reason" they keep me on is because im not a newbie bitch like you, and im also probably the best player in CIA. you didnt play me, or Alex, or Leperkahn so stop thinking your the best.

Postal : No offense buddy, but you seem a bit out of touch. Romulus has been a major pain in the ass to nearly EVERYONE here on the forums. He is deceitful, immature, a flat out LIAR, and now apparently a cheater. Look through all of his posts, I think you'll see why he is a pain to all of us.

There is CLEAR evidence of him cheating and as such, not only should his clan be banned (6 months and beyond) from the Battle League, but his moderatoring duties and priveledges should be revoked.

He is one of the league admins. He of all people should know better than to cheat. He set a bad example and once again, has made DAMN look bad.

[Side note: Even before this cheating iccident, many people were upset about Romulus becoming a battle league admin because of 1. his immaturity, 2. his lies, 3. his lack of spelling ability. etc. etc.

So, having dinner with Chase tonight (Deadeye) and he let's me know what's going down. ?I figured I have to throw my comments in here... especially after reading this thread tonight.

PW, Ass(assin), Blackhand... way to keep EVERYONE honest. ?You don't know Deadeye, so believing him at face value wasn't (and shouldn't have been) your first instinct. ?I'm not going to stand here and stick up for Deadeye, he is capable (and from the tone of the posts, he seems to be showing it) of taking care of himself. ?What I would like to say is good job questioning him, good job retracting little mistakes and looking at the facts. ?The only thing I think would have been better would have been for Ultimo and Ass(assin) to have talked before yanking CIA (unless you did, and I just didn't pick up on it in the posts). ?As for Deadeye, he's an ass of the first order.... he'll either get along famously with Ace and Blackie, or you guys will hate each other. ?Oh, and on a PC, he kicks my ass.

Ok, so, some of these things could be mere miscommunication. ?However, taken together, I think that Ultimo and Ass(assin) are justified in suspending CIA until this can be figured out. ?I also see Deadeye accusing Rom of shaving a win off the total.  I also see that Rom used his powers to delete this before anyone saw it the first time, instead of calling it bullshit or anything else.

So, Ultimo, Ass(assin), PW and Blackhand I think you guys did the right things (including questioning Deadeye as a newbie). ?Ass(assin) I also appologize for modifying your post..... just trying to keep my secret, superhero identity a secret.  Hope it doesn't offend you.  If so, I will change it back.

gun mods work both ways, spa and its glitch box is never used in cbs and that ultimo should have talked to the other admins.
I can't speak for rom, but keep me out of your rant! (unless its a compliment!)

oh and as for the whole conradiction thing, from what i understand, I "contradicted" myself by saying im too dumb to mod guns, and the later telling you how it works.
sure the 2 things are simmilar, but theyre still different, thats why i gave the programming/playing games example now lets never speak of this contradiction buisness again. ;)

First, ok, I can forgive the clan battle stuff, I was just looking for an answer, and you not answering me pissed me off. ?I can let that go with you (but not Rom.... he still has a big heaping stink of answering to do, not that I expect to heay any).

Second, sorry about the "we didn't cheat, or we would have won". ?Looking back, a couple of other people made that comment, and I just dumped you in the mix. ?My mistake there.

Third, not talking about the Greening and Map thing at all didn't look like an admission from you, it looked to me like avoidence. ?But, that's now cleared up.

Fourth, looking at the files right now, it seems just as easy to do mods here as in R6. ?I don't know what the demo looked like, I never loaded it. ?But, IF (big if, because it's not for sure at this time, to me) the gun was modded, this sounds like what was described, and wouldn't disagree with what was in the chat. ?

Fifth, I've seen DaDog around.... but even Deadeye asks about DaDog being in CIA. ?At the top of the chat, it looks like Rom is questioning Deadeye if he's really in EsF.... and Deadeye responds.... and asks about DaDog. ? Rom's response is "look at how long our list ISNT". ?Now, if you are saying that DaDog isn't in CIA, that brings up the point that Rom was using a ringer (another violation of Battle League rules by an Admin).

Finally, I shouldn't have jumped so hard on you about this. ?My jumping on YOU was not centered on this issue, so I was wrong to do it. ?However, I don't think I've said anything out of line about Rom here at all. ?The one thing I'd like to add is I hope that this doesn't turn into another Romeo / Juliet thing, where a clan is punished for the actions of one (or two) of it's members. ?IF Rom did cheat (which is what it looks like so far), it would suck for you. ?Hell, it already sucks for you. ?I would like to state for the record here..... that while I right now think that Rom did cheat, based upon what I've read..... and knowing Rom's attitude..... so, while i do not think that i overreacted at all, but getting cia removed from clan battles was not what i was thinking.  my intentions were to point out for all to see what i think was clear cases of abuse and cheating by one or two guys.  because while we beat these guys and their cheating, maybe the next clan wouldnt be so lucky.

As for finishing you B.S. and Grad work off..... I hope you never have to go back.  Me, I like to learn, and it's hard to stay on top in my field (not that I'm top in the country or anything, but I do very well, thank you) if you don't keep going to school.  Like I said, maybe next I'll go for the PhD.  As for Detroit, consider it survival training.... my SCUBA instructor said that if you can dive around Michigan, you can dive anywhere in the world, we have the coldest water, with the worst visibility and fast currents (when diving the rivers).  The city is the same way, we have the darkest streets, with the most murders (ok, not quite anymore, but still top 10) and everyone is packing.  When the apocolypse comes, it's just cockroaches and people from Detroit left.

ok... i dunno what the hell is going on but if CIA really cheated then KoS should be kick also. when i was the leader of DA they wanted to CB.i said ok and we played a race to 10 they would not let my team host and they allways picked bunkers. the only way i found out they cheated was when we CBed psyco and they let us host.
and when i was in Clan battles with CIA they allways let us green up then never went with out making sure we where green...i have known rom for a long time and he has never cheated NEVER!...... and he does not even have hacked RS i think u just modded the chat with him.

So DJ, I'll give you this much.... at least you have the guts to stand up and say something, unlike Romulus.  Even if I do think you are wrong.

First, anything you have to say about KoS is a different matter.  Saying that KoS did these things has nothing to do with if Rom did these things.

Second, CIA Black Sheep as said that DaDog wasn't in the clan, but he CB'd as one..... Bringing in a ringer... that's cheating.

Third, Deadeye has no reason to lie.  They won the CB, they have no history, and that would be a shit load of typing (with no mistakes in names, etc) just to set someone up that you don't know.

Fourth, I've known Deadeye for longer then Romulus has been alive, and I know he wouldn't make it up either.

Last, Rom has acted like a jerk, he deleted the first posting without a word, and he's never explained it.  The chat log shows Rom admitting to a few of the things, and shows some courious oddities...... I think the League is due an explaination.  I think Deadeye is due an appology for deleting the thread..... I don't think we'll ever see either.

Once apon a time, +-KoS-+ has a Friendly clan battle and Ultimo hosts first. Being that we were leading the cb, i asked if it would be ok to stay on my host, being that we were only gonna play one more game anyhow. And they agreed. Also, we stayed on Bunkers because they wanted the map too, not because i forced them to play it.

Also, even if the stuff you said was true (which it isnt), it wouldnt be concided cheating because i didnt break any *DAMN Battle league rules being that it was a FRIENDLY cb...

DJ, if there was a point in there.... I lost it.  If you really must cast accusations about, stick to one and prove it.  Your message jumps around.

As far as EsF goes, they are a newbie clan (with some talent), but Deadeye told me they don't seem to really know the DAMN Battle League Rules...... so if you are CB'ing them, make sure to set them streight.  As for asking where a bug is..... using it in a CB is against the rules... not asking about it.  Only if they kicked my ass on that map, from that area, after asking that, would I suspect they were cheating.

Rom, four things:

1. Before accusing other clans, it would be best to actually answer the questions pointed at you.  Otherwise, it just looks like another "lookie over there..." comment.
2. If you are going to accuse a clan, post the prof with it.... like Deadeye did with you.  Finger pointing without proof isn't going to get you anywhere.  And that means supply the proof, don't just state that you have it somewhere.
3. I may be wrong, but without re-reading the rules here, I don't remember seening anything about "spying" in them.  Playing in other CB's is one thing (i.e. DaDog and Roraschak in EsF's).  That IS against the rules.
4. CIA was not kicked out of the league, they were suspended from CB's until this could be cleared up.  You have done nothing to clear it up, and you pulled CIA from the league.  

I would really hate for this league to turn into a bunch of finger pointers, yelling "you cheated".  Battle League Admins.... maybe we need to consider a new rule to propose to Mauti..... something like "only a DAMN Battle League Clan can accuse another clan of cheating.  Until the matter is cleared up, BOTH clans are suspended from league play."  This would help keep the false accusations low (not going to stop your own clan from CB'ing unless you have rock solid proof).

Rom, I'm being civil and reasonable here.  So please, either answer the "charges" directed at you, or don't bring them up yourself.

  I completly love your idea. That is not only a very logical rule, but will definatley keep the "you cheated" way down.

Today i got on Gameranger and (MI6) Sniper asked me to join his chat (so i did). He had his other MI6 buds in there, and it seemed like they all had something against EsF. I dont know any of them very well, which is why i kept an open mind about what i was hearing. They said that EsF cheated in more ways then you can imagine....etc...etc...  So ofcourse i told them to leave me alone till they have proof, and that was the end of that.

 I think that we will be experiancing alot of "kick them out of the league too" bullshit. People will say clans (which are at the top of the league) cheat just because they are jealous, or dont like them. I think something is seriously messed up, and has to be done.

 Grift, i think we should present the idea about the new rule to Mauti together. I second your idea !!  ;D

Rom's bigest mistake, besides just being a dumbass and cheating, was to think he was talking to a little newbie kid that didn't know better.  Well, he was Dead(eye) wrong.  And this time it cost him.  He didn't think that Deadeye would check up on DaDog, he didn't think Deadeye had read the rules, and he admitted to doing a few of those things.  He didn't think that Deadeye would copy the log, and he really didn't think that Deadeye would have kept a screenshot of his first post (that he mailed to me since he knew I wasn' t going to be reading it) which is what he used to copy into the repost after the first was deleted.  Most of all, Rom doesn't think that he has anything to answer to.... at least according to him on GR last night.

What I can't figure out is, without being in the league and having clan battles....... what is the point of the clan?  What can happen with CIA except to make things right here and return, or to go the way of Atlantis..... never to be seen again.

rom  is not going to do nothing about the cheating he said it him slef sent out some cheep emails to us saying don't drop the tags CIA needs to be strong...lol i dunno what the hell he means CIA was never strong,so we left CIA and made ?FBI?.when we get the site up and the armpatches and icons ready we will join the battle leauge sooner or later.
