ok ok ok, first, if anyone should sue, its me, its my banner and i made it. not rom. me. and also, i didnt actually give you permission to use it, i just said "whatever" and washed my hands of it. a clan should have its own banner,  not take a former clans banner and paste "FBI" on it.  so both of ya quit yer bitchin'

Somewhat tru in both cases. I have full rights to the banner, and in fact have made several modifactions to it. If Snake had just asked in the begining, I would have let him have it, no questions (even tho its Sheep's and all, I am the one with it used...)...

Romulus, you need to learn a whole bunch about copyrights.  Putting something on your site, with a warning, does not automatically make it copyrighted.  Even if it was really copyrighted material.... you can't stop everyone from using it....  good example of what I'm talking about..... look at my site.... I have the BOFH articles posted... as long as I respect the actual copyright (shown on each page), and don't make any money from this... I can publish them.  

And Romulus, I don't care how many times you PM me on GR.  I'm not helping you again until you streighten out on the Forums here... and at least try to make things right.  I'm not going to waste my time.  Anytime that I've given you a chance.... asked you direct questions... you just turn to insults.

why didn't you just say it that way in the first place.  It makes so much more sense, and is much better recieved now.

As for why do *some* philosophers take *mind expanding* drugs...

• First, not all great thinkers used drugs.
  
• Second, most things in moderation aren't bad for you, and may even be good for you (moderation being the key word)
  
• Third, for every smart person that used pot (or other natural drugs) in college... I would know 5 dumbasses.
  
• Fourth, I don't think smoking pot is much worse then getting drunk...  both kill off brain cells.
  
• Last, smoking pot was very common as part of native american ritual.  Just as drinking wine is part of Catholic dogma.  So, being both, I see pot smoking in a unique light.  I don't think smoking pot is a great evil.... but I do think that *most* of the people I know / meet that smoke pot regularly are dumbasses.  Just like the guys that get drunk 5 nights a week are dumbasses.

Well, it would only be labeling people if I haden't explained it.  First, I said people at college (the people that are supposed to be smarter).  Second, I said get high all the time or get drunk all the time.... not the people that get drunk or high once in a while.  To put your argument into my statements would be to say that "most blacks that steal often are carrer criminals".  I'm not labeling or stereotyping any group of people.  What I'm saying is that there is a fine line between use and abuse.  And abusers tend to be dumbasses.
