or something else? I liked that show. They used MILES gear and mock terrorists, and had guys from SWAT, Force Recon, Navy Seals, etc. It was like a military version of survivor. Kick ass. This is exactly the reason you'll find me on the comp more then in front of the tv come down time. You know what i find sick, is how they've started to use explicit titles for their shows to attract more viewers who are aimlessly surfing. e.g. "Girls Gone Wild" "Two Guys and One Girl" MTV, E, and VH1 are the worst for these titles, coming up with new one's every night it seems. There are few shows out there that match the quality of this show in some aspects. the way the show can be attractive to both kids and adults alike - the subtle political humour, the links and references to American life. the sheer quality of the scripts. The Simpsons is a damn masterpiece.

Two Examples of Proof: 1) A reference is made to Mexico: "South of the Border." Homer responds by saying, "Tennessee?" which borders Kentucky to the south. 2) In one of my favorite episodes, "Behind the Laughter," it ends with: "???this Northern Kentucky family." However, one flaw that comes to mind: When Homer takes Mr. Burns' yaght to have a party, they reach international waters, and then look back and see springfield. The problem? Never aired but it was a survival reality show. Good TV never gets played on air.

Although if you watch the "monorail" edition, you'll see the addition of a monorail certianly put "gimpiville", "craphaven" and "nowwheresville" on the map... :)

Here's my picks; Alias(Garner is just hott, new episode tonight, wewt!) The Family Guy, The Daily Show( I can't believe no one has mentioned this one yet, John Stewert is fucking halirious) and the best series ever: The World Series of Poker on ESPN. Sooo good shows that I could see less of: almost all of VH1's and MTV's programming(except I love the 80s/70s) I hate "The Fabulous Life of...._______" Really, once you have that much money, everybody does the same thing: buys a whole lot of the same shit. thats not interesting at all. Simpsons = Still pwns (Last week's episode was un-fucking-believable--Maggie was thought to have been a genius--and it had Simon on it! Funny shit. 'twas. Really. =D) Alias = weak (You can replace this category with 24.) Family Guy = pwns (Stewie's my hero.) The Daily Show = pwns (God bless anyone that makes fun of Politics every night) MTV/VH1 = weak (If I want music, I'll listen to my iTunes) Reality Shows = weak/pwns (My Big Fat Obnoxious Fianc? was funny as hell. The Apprentice is sometimes really interesting. Survivor died with season 2. Anything related to a "Joe," midget weddings, or someone gay is a crappy show.) Lastly, World Series of Poker on ESPN and Travel are awesome. I've learned so much about Poker from those shows, and am currently 8-2 against my friends and family.
