*DAMN R6 Forum

Well, this is it. With all of you against me and me by myself and my silly mind, I present to you a full apology. I was dumb to say these things and was convinced in my own lies about Mauti. I hope you understand that this was nothing but exclusive behaviour from my side of the camp and therefore I hope I haven't ruined your fun on GameRanger.

One more issue... I had difficult times on GameRanger and elsewhere too as my grandfather passed away just two days ago from a stroke. I presented my full apology to Ultimo with an explanation of this. Me and my family are going through rough times now, I hope you understand why.

I was so convinced in myself I just had to tell someone else about it. I'm sorry about the lies too and would post a big apology to Grifter, Oso, and all others I hurt mentally.

I must say, when I said these awful, untrue things about Mauti, it surely rendered you into a deep shock. I apologize for that once more.

No, it's not Romeo. I still know Romeo, and he is active on GR. He is in hiding, but I have contact with him. He is a member of SBR, and he doesn't show his name on GR. And if you are going to apologize... why don't you spell the word correctly? That would be a start...

Listen Vapor, it's not the spelling that counts, it's the thought. I might well have said you're saying nothing to make my mind change about this issue therefore choose not to apologize.

I've been thinking long about this. I found my mistake and corrected it. Now I listen to this cheesy wiseguy who thinks my apolgy isn't worth a damn because of a spelling error!

Well, I for one applaud Weasel's humility in being willing to apologize to the general public and to specific people.

Of course, there are other folks who think they are smart asses and how they are going to rip apart a dumbass' post. This is not the time to do it, fools.

I noticed this very nice apology had several views but no response, because the proper thing to do really is just to take note of it and let the past be the past.  However, Weasel, you had the misfortune to get comments from two of our forum dumbasses.  I would not be terribly surprised if you also get a response from Peekay and several others.

Please understand that your situation is well understood, regardless of what romulus and company may think of your spelling.  If you take note of some of their posts, you will find them hypocritical and annoying and finally just ignore them.  May you have much fun gaming and as a community we offer our condolences on the loss of your grandfather.

I don't really know what to say, although I'm deeply touched by your answers. I would like to thank Loudnotes for his comprehension to my subject, and Wrath who has (I think) never been an ass to me in any games. Maybe you talked behind my back, but so did I when still inflicted in Mauti's case.

I recently lost my grandfather and see people take this "au s?rieux" as it already is... I feel better, and still trying to overcome this huge tragedy to me, my family, and other important relatives.

Something I don't understand is why God on Earth let fools like Vapor and Co. into this forum. I had the misfortune though, to listen to your idiotic replies. I do find you hypocritical and annoying, Vapor, and I shall not bend down to your level of common thug and low-life scum that you are.

...man, THAT would require at least an essay. A long one. ?A really, REALLY long one. ?With footnotes, and probably a bibliography. ?Heck Vap, this essay would require such length that you'd likely be dead of old age before you made up for your thirteen years of making toast look intelligent.

As for Weasel, bravo- it's not often someone screws up and admits to it these days. ?It's unfortuante that the dumbasses made their comments, but you can take comfort in the fact that I've taken it upon myself to flame them for you. ?While it is true that Vapor may as well start a massive cross-country ad campaign with his photo and Webster's definition of "Dumbass" printed beside it, I do feel it is my personal duty to rag on the dear boy whenever possible.

As for "thug" and "low-life scum", I'd have to say you were somewhat off the mark with those comments. ?To be quite honest, I don't think our good buddy Vap is that highly evolved...

Actually I was referring to Vapor more than I was to you but that's another story. I never meant any of those harsch words. Especially after you've, like me, presented a full apology.

I find it very nice of you saying you hope my pain will ease after the loss I had to experience. And you're quite right, pain does stay for a long period depending of the person's caracter that is. I'm stil trying to overcome the loss, but I'm feeling better because I've got family and other relatives that keep my courage to where it should be.

I know what it is like to lose somone... last year SuperBowl Sunday, I lose my grandmother. It was rough for my family and I, and now with the holidays here, we are all feeling a little sad since she is no longer with us. Once again, my wishes are with you.

Well, thanks you Loud. ?It's so good to see someone else who can truly appreciate the quality of a good flame. ?It seems that lately, people are content to bang off a simple insult consisting of "you're a fag" or "your level in society equals a cockroach"- there's simply no style to it. ?These 'simple' posts also tend to betray the relatively basic intelligence that the poster is forced to muddle along with, and cause the reader to feel a sad sort of sympathy for said poster than any other emotions that were originally meant to be felt. ?When you get down to it, it's pathetically ineffective.

So in the vein begun by weasel, I'd like to propose a similar name change for vap. ?He could keep the SBR tag of course (although why his clan mates tolerate him still remains a mystery)- however a name more befitting of a player of his status simply must be suggested.

"**SBR** PatheticallyIneffective" has a nice, smooth ring to it, and is very accurately descriptive of the dear boy. ?I suppose the only real challenge would be if Gameranger would accept a name that long. ?Given this possibility, I suppose we could all pool our collective resources and more than modest abilities to suggest something that, while maintaining a description that is dead-on accurate, is short enough for Gameranger and simple enough for vap to type in without spelling it wrong.

Anyone have any ideas? ?I'm SURE we can all come up with SOMETHING.....

I for one agree with Fotogeek. None of these insults are necessary to another. It's easy to just call out words behind your computer screen.

Yeah.. .Bondo, just t o tell you, normally, locking is not needed... There is no reason. (You can look @ what has been said before about it). The only one (Locking) that I really remember is when some one was insulting me (who else?) and Maui decited that it had gotten out of control.

Weasel, good show.  While your grandfathers death is sad and I can understand you taking it hard, you realized that it is no excuse for slander against Mauti (that and you realized that you were completely wrong after the voicing of so many opinions here and on GR).

But it takes a big man to admit when he's wrong, and there are plenty of guys around here that can't do it (as you can see by Rom's posting on being innocent...)

So, I am also sorry for the flames I sent you afire with.  I'm sure they didn't help at a trying time (hope you can see the humor in them soon though, because they were witty....).  Don't worry about the banter about here (aka flame wars), that's just situation normal in this area.  Better get used to it if you are going to hang around, and check out the editorials on TET... good info there.

Bondo, as for locking threads, Rom is referring to when I jumped on him for locking and deleting Deadeye's posts.  To be honest, we've locked a few threads around here.  But usually only if they are getting out of hand.

Grifter - Thank you :) I sersiously am innocent. I admit that it was not fair that my gun had more ammo and couldnt wound, but I did not hack the gun. Currently, my Enfeild, Seryrl Aug, M4, M14,M16 all have .50 cal rounds. I have reinstalled 3 times, and they still have .50 cal ammo! It is some sort of glich that doesnt get fixed in a reinstall. So I just use my MP5-10SD insted ;) And I own your six (Not SWAT, just PsYcO.)

Rom, not only didn't you tell them about having that gun (which is cheating, since you were using it, I don't care if you modded it or not!).  You also didn't let them use the map they chose, etc.  Those are all against the rules.  So, seriously, you cheated, even if you don't think so because you still lost, you did break the rules both in spirit and in letter.  Remember the rules, you are not to take advantage of a glitch in the game....  well, using a gun like that was taking advantage... and you knew it.  (I just went back and read a bunch of posts, not to mention that Deadeye is my best friend in all the world.  Known him for over 20 years now.  And trust him with my life.

So, be like Weasle, own up to your wrong doings and ask to be forgiven.  I don't think anyone will ever believe you are innocent.  I think Peekay has a better chance (he's been acting down right respectful in games the past few weeks... which I never thought would happen.)  And if I can say that about Peekay (as hard as I jumped all over his ass like Wrath on a cheeseburger or Ace on a sheep with it's back turned), you better believe that I"m serious.

Sigh, Romulus is trying to act like he is even half good at the game.

Romulus, stop trying to sign up for the league. You are currently BANNED and I dont think that status will be changing anytime soon.

Grifter - I am inninocent! Also, we played on the map THEY chose every game, exspect teh last game, which was AFTER the CB was over. No, it wasnt the maps DeadEye wanted, it was the maps that Rock (HIS LEADER) wanted. That is how they are played. I guess we used a gun to our advantage, but we still lost, so it wasnt to our advantage. Just to tell you, talk to Bushy (ex KiT) about hacking - Every CB he was in was hacked. EVERY.

Ass - I am more then half good @ RogueSpear. I will give you SS's next time I am in a game with you.

Rom, first, Rebel was the leader of EsF.  Second, I've read, you made them leave a map that they wanted, because you were getting you butts kicked on that map (according to Deadeye).  You wouldn't let them paly that map anymore.  Third, you just admitted that the gun was modded and you knew it... it doesn't matter at all if you still lost, you still cheated by using it.  The fact that you lost with that gun doesn't mean you didn't cheat, it just means you really sucked.  I've killed people using the box and wall cheats, they were still cheating.  So deal with the fact that you Rom, did cheat, and you were bad at it.

As for Bushy, let him post his accusations here if he has any.  All I know is that anyone that cheats in a CB should be banned from the battle league.  Period.  CB's are about testing yourself against the other great players, not about cheating so you can brag that you beat Ultimo, or Assassin, or Wrath or me.  (or all you good R6 players that I didn't mention).  If KiT cheated, they deserve to be banned... but they are no more, and not trying to get into the BL.

Weasel, if you worry about keeping a thread on topic here, you will go nuts.  Feel good that many respected players here have deemed it wise to forgive you, and don't look back.  Hell, if Bander forgave you, only Mauti and God are left that mean anything (seeing as Bander is in DAMN, not easily swayed, and Austrian).  So, no worries, and if you are smart, you'll avoid the flam wars as long as possible, because newbies tend to get burnt in there....

To figure out and analyze his thought process would take years of study at America's finest institutions, and even then they will never figure the whole thing out.
