I don't think any of us moderators have made the forums hostile to anyone but the likes of Rom, and I'm pretty sure there is universal demand to have less posting from them. I check the forums maybe 5 times a day (when I get on to check e-mail) and spend maybe 20 min a day replying. Yes, that really shows I have no life doesn't it. I don't put people down, I poke fun at them. This is a forum, nothing should be taken so seriously, I don't, and I hope no one else does either.
