*DAMN R6 Forum

Last night on Your Mac Life, Aspyr informally announced that they will be publishing Medal of Honor: Allied Assault for Macintosh. MOH:AA comes to us by way of Electronic Arts and 2015, and Westlake Interactive will be doing the conversion with Duane Johnson (also known for Descent III, Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force and Return to Castle Wolfenstein) will be heading up the project which is already at first playable status. Aspyr informed us that a more formal announcement and web information will be available on the Aspyr site within a few weeks.

Bondo, I rarely see you play RS or R6, maybe if you where playing TCP/IP games I would understand. Liar! ;-)

What part of  :P don't you understand.  Anyway, I'm retired from R6 and never really played RS.  I play RtoCW now and will be playing MoH:AA and hopefully Halo in the future.  Anyway Asterax, when I was active, I would have kicked your ass in R6 as I would if you ever choose to play RtoCW.

Never was  a fan of those kind of faces, I had no idea  :P meant a dude blowing up. =)

Wow, that's great news. Many of my buddies in school have PC's and play Medal of Honor on them. Not to say I'm jealous now that the game will soon come out on Mac!
Wrath, might I ask when Medal Of Honor will be available for purchase? Is there, by any chance, a website concerning its release to the Mac? Inform me if you can. I'd appreciate it.

Well, I'd say the best place to check for info is www.aspyr.com as they are publishing the port.  The potential release date will probably happen at the next press release as this was a sort of casual one.

I've checked the "Aspyr" website but haven't found any piece of information about Medal Of Honor. It'll take another weeks until they decide to post information about Medal of Honor as Wrath said a few posts earlier. All I find are "Return To Castle Wolfenstein" features and downloads. Nothing there about Medal of Honor yet. I can wait.

Anyways, in my humble opinion, I don't think Medal of Honor will be coming out so very soon. Remember Age of Empires II?
The game was released in early 1999 for the PC and was only released in early 2002 for the Mac. Nowadays, the game isn't found in stores anylonger and they cut the game's production  for Macintosh users.

I wish there was a better version of Rogue spear. In Medal of honor the wehrmarcht soldiers take to long to die. Even with a god damn head shot. There needs to be another "infntry sim" game. Where is Ghost   Recon?????

That's great news, Viper. Thank to Viper, I'm now hearing the game is due for in August. Great! I'm celebrating my anniversary in August - I'll be 16. Heh, the only problem now is asking for the game meaning I'll have to convince my folks to get it for me. Wish me luck - August isn't that far away!
