clemens, this has to be the very first time that i have STRONGLY disagreed with your cource of action.  People are saying all of the
B&G that you made a bad decision but thats not what im here to talk about.  You say that rapid has the right of speach to voice hes opinion, yet, the intire forum exept for a slight few voted yes to ban rapid including many of the lead moderaters as well as some of the small ones(Ace, Brain, Infect[i think] voodoo, hazard, my self and my brother)  So basicly what your saying is that this is a democractsy because he has the right to voice hes opinion, but we do not have to right to vote, which i think is an outrage, the intire communitry wants rapid out of the forums and out of this website, but you feel the need to keep him here, why, he has flamed, he has whined and complained, he starts shit with everytopic, insulted a former *DAMN Staff member(s) who is now deceast and gets the intire Community in an uproar.  If rapid can get away with this, what elce can he get away with, he has the entire Forum wanting him to leave, and he knows that he can get away with almost anything.  He know nows that he can post anything, do anything, flame anything and do (parden my french) the fuckall he wants to.  Im strongly urging you to make a new ruling about this and send him to the slammer.  He has ruined this forum for to long and has insulted many a people in the small time he has been here. Please clemens for the sake of the intire *DAMN Communitry, for the members, and for the moderators, and mostly for deadeye , bucc, and the late grifter, please bann rapid from this site for at leaste a while, and maybe make some new rules about it to.  Im sorry to make another thread, but plz, the community needs you to make a ruleing that will apeal to the intire forum.

Once again, you forget that this is not a democracy, but a monarchy. Mauti rules this forum with an iron fist, his whim is law. But he is a fair and just leader, and believes that all opinions shall be heard, no matter how fucked up they may be. That said, let me state my opinion that Rapid is a stubborn, paranoid, foolish git.

I was reading through the old flamewars today (they give me a warm fuzzy feeling) when I came across one of my defenses of Rapid the last time the lynch mob took up the "ban" cry:

Even though I may have hoped for a different outcome I support Mauti's decision. Get over it.

What is this smaller moderators crap?  We are the moderators lol. ;).  Rapid can believe what he wants about Grifter, even if he's the only one thinking it.  It doesn't mean we can all make 20 threads bashing Rapid, maybe one to disagree with his actions and moderators can't allow so many threads.  Rapid has nearly a perminant warning now in the admins spot, so next time he spams or starts a flamewar he's going to receive a 30-40 day ban.

Oh please. That's what you all said a year and a half ago. It is my belief that Rapid has some sort of unwritten immunity, that he CAN'T be banned. He can apparently do whatever the hell he wants on this forum, when others can't. He's done it before, he'll do it again. For some reason, you guys think that he's the only person that deserves 50 second chances. Maybe you pity him. I don't know. It doesn't matter. All that matters is that Rapid will never get banned. He can do whatever he wants, and he knows it.

It's not that he has immunity, Snipe. The reason he doesn't get banned is because everytime he does something wrong, quite a few people make jackasses of themselves and try to get him banned. They make a gazillion threads, and they don't act in a reasonable way. They just say "Rapid is a fucking gay Mexican, and he fucks sheep and spraypaints overpasses". By flaming him, ya stoop down to his level. If Mauti banned Rapid, he'd have to ban the portion of people flaming Rapid, too. So, next time Rapid screws up, be polite about it, and type intelligently and coherently. I don't think all the AntiRapid names helped much either lol. That, and spamming the link in GR...But anyways, I wasn't referring to anyone in particular in this post, but if ya did any of the stuff I mentioned, don't do it next time, and maybe he'll get banned. Act civilized.

exactly my thoughts, Mr.Mellow. Rapid can believe what he wants, and vioce his opinion. why can't people just ignore posts they don't like?

i'd like to point out that rapid never did anything with sheep, that was GRIFT'S job

 Shame that the anti Rapid post ( made by iGnome or SK, I think ) was deleted - it acted as a perfect example as to why Mauti can't ban Rapid.
