Well, after the last nice warm pupy kind of thread, here comes the assing.

It was my great displeasure to CB with AK recently.  Actually, the CB wasn't that bad, until TYPHY started whinning that we had to change it to a "respect CB"... as if we would have.  

Anyway, I degress... the real displeasure came with AK Rapid and his response to the CB.  I wont bother posting all the text, but let's just say he was a flamming ass to me.  I find it hard to believe that someone that wasn't even there can call me a liar.  I shouldn't find it hard to believe, but I expected him to act like most clan leaders out there.. you know, with a little respect and honor.  Which brings me to the point of this thread... the lie that is AK Rapid.  Here is a little taste of the AK web site...

*Unity - work together as one unit, there are no individuals. (TEAMWORK! TEAMWORK!)

*Respect - for one another as well as your opponents. (ONLY WHEN CALLED FOR!)

*Integrity - be true to one's self. Inform the Plt. Cmdr. of a "Unit Discharge" before you seek membership with another clan or wish to have solo status. Avoid Dishonorable Discharges at all costs! Double Agents will be hung by their eyelids and put on our 187 list!

*Pride - be proud of the organization you are a part of! Proudly display your unit's name in front of yours correctly. Never assume another name or log on under a different account. Always wear your ArmPatch given to you by R?p!d.

Now, I'll start with Respect, which Rapid showed exactly NONE when he contacted me.  Shouting in ALL CAPS, calling me a liar, calling me names...  That's showing respect.

I'll continue with Self-Restrain of which he sowed none.  He's still bitching about it.  'Nuff said?

Even more comes Integrity, of which I think Rapid has shown none.  Not in the sense of his example, but in the definition of the word.

Last comes Pride, ok, I'll admit he has pride... he's so full of himself it isn't even funny.  But as for the part of never changing one's name... hmm.. when he came to see me his screen name was shoebox or something stupid like that.. not Rapid.

Now, this shows just what kind of guy Rapid is, and what kind of clan he wants to lead.  

One last note is, I give everyone a fair chance, but all the great RS players out there that have EARNED my RESPECT (a big list, buy you guys know who you are) have all been complaining about AK.  Now I completely understand why.

Listen, first off I gotta say that I love that sniper smiley icon.

Second, Grifter, I would have appreciated an expaination as to what the link was for, you didn't have to take off like a bat out of hell. Not that that matters, I wasn't going to get into an arguement over it or anything.

Thirdly, it has come to my attention that many people have been upset with the attitude shown by my clan leader.  To that I try to convey the message that this whole thing is over a game.  (GASP) Yes, a game, meant for people to play.  Do you remember play, it involves fun, and not worrying about how or what others feel about you.  Yes, Rapid is proud and he says what's on his mind, to your (or whoever's) face.  Please don't complain to me about what he is doing or how he is acting towards you.

As far as I'm concerned, I don't care what he does to you.  It is a free country( at least for a while, Ashcroft your commie bitch) so again, now listen up, I DON'T CARE.  

That being said, Rapid has been nothing but a nice person and a good leader to me.  I have no complaints, but if I did I would certainly talk to HIM about it.  So I think you should show me the same respect and not complain to me about your problems, "But mommy, Rapid said I wasn't cool."  "There there Little Jimmy(read: Grifter)  I'll protect you from the evils of life."

You guys make it sound like you're the authority when it comes to all things Rogue Spear related.  Good for you.  I play this game for fun, if I can get something more out of it, like a clan to root for, then great, even better.  But for now, take some Valium and relax, life is too short for computer games to be the deciding factor in what one has to bitch about .

Yes, I know these AK sluts say that I hate them, and that they hate me, but the truth is that I dont ?"hate" any clans...I however dislike clans who:

A) Run their mouths non-stop
B) Lie and cheat
C) Are too big for their britches and claim to be king of the world
D) Act like assholes to everyone
E) Whine like little girls when they lose
F) Throw accusations at people and caution in the wind with zero proof supporting their claims.
G) Claim to be better than you even after getting spanked in previous clan battles
H) Claim to be better than you and then run from set cb dates

If anyone wondered what has happened to the R6/RS community, clans like AK has. Now I know it is unfair to characterize a whole clan by their leader and a few rotten members, but you know what...this is the way it has to be.

I hope rapid hits puberty soon and his brain develops some, because his actions are ridiculous.

Eric, to the disappointment of many, I'm not going to light you up.  I respect people that can voice an intelligent opinion.  But, I do have to say that you forgot one thing.  If you lay down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.  The way your leader acts DOES reflect on the people that chose to be in that clan (after all, they chose to follow his lead).  So, where I've never seen you before, and was posting the link to this board out there to get Rapid's attention, I have no opinion of you.  I can say that the way Rapid has acted, I don't have a lot of respect for the clan AK as a whole, since he is the only one allowed to really speak for you guys, that's all I have to form my opinion upon.  Well, him and TYPHY, who as you can see from Ass(assin)'s post above, is a little bitch as well.  I was there... I asked to see this so called proof (which I'm sure does NOT exist, since I know KoS and respect them).  

LOL, you know, that's the one big difference I've seen between us and AK.... AK only seems to respect those they've beaten.  I have much more respect for those that have beaten me (or those I *think* will beat me).

So, sorry to let some of you down, but no flame wars here (so far).  I will say that AK Rapid has still not answered me as to when he will set up a CB with us.... go figure.

Grifter, I do not take offence at much, but THAT offended me. I am NOT Rapid. I led a clan far better, and while I am not perfect, I realize that CB'ing is for fun and nothing else. I personaly have exspearance with Rapid, back in Sept. and he always thought he was the best... I was playing Demo vs him and 2 of his buddys (so it was me vs 3).... They never won. They talk like they are good, but any honest clan can beat them. And about KoS cheating, thats bullsh*t and they know it. As Grifter said, the only problem with KoS is that they are too good... They are the most honest clan on GameRanger, IMHO. Good luck to all, and f*ck you Rapid.

Assassin: GokuSniper can take you out in a second, And I know he will if you want to, Considering that aganst your clan of PsYcO we only lost 4-2 when it was  our first time ever playing RS... And after your clan died and went to KotA. |?K| Gave them a great chalange in a 6-5 overtime CB.   We had GokuSniper there for that cb, He saved us with his 3 kill game once.  Sin, Now that you don;t have PsYco you can't shit talk as much, You now don;t have that powerful clan there to back you up.

Get your facts straight before making claims.

1) PsYcO faced AK three times in cb combat with wins of 10-0, 9-1, 10-0.

2) Last time I faced goku in any game, I killed him five times in a row before he left. (mind you that I had stopped playing regularly for over a month)

3) I can shit talk as much as I want because my support not only draws from my former clan, but other clans as allies. We could at any time enter any given game that you might be in and gangbang the hell out of you.

Yes, replacing is legal unless not agreed upon (this part is still undecided) but if you offer no complaint and it is done at a change of host there is no problem with it.

Well, sitting here wasting time waiting for a flight back to Michigan (goodbye California) I think I have Rapid figured out.

Rapid is just looking for some instant respect.  And since there's no such thing, he's bound to be frustrated.  One of the ways he shows it is by disrespecting the established elite RS players.

Have you ever noticed that the elite players don't talk a bunch of smack?  I've played many games that had both newbies and the elite RS players... and I'll tell you, the true elite players don't talk shit, try to help the newbies, don't brag about multi kill games, don't hump (except for the occasional camper).  

Have you ever noticed that the elite RS players don't need to blow their own horn.  The really elite players know who they are, get their respect (except from the newbies that don't know better and some guys that are have a bit of an envy problem).

Rapid, if you really want to elevate to the elite RS players, you have a lot to learn still.  There is a reason that Ultimo, Assassin, Civeron, (Mauti, Wrath...) etc... get the benefit of the doubt... they've earned their respect.  Not only are they great players, but they are fair guys.  So, when Sin talks of "allies" or it seems that people jump on the bandwagon, it's because these guys have EARNED their respect.

If you want that same kind of respect (which it sure seems like), then you need to get a lot better at RS (you do not own us all...) and you have to get a lot better at giving respect.  Remember, you are the newbie around here (both RS and the Forums)

If you think that Assassin, Ultimo, Ace, Me and many of the others got along a year ago, you'd be dead wrong.  Read back in the forums or ask someone.  But, we've all earned the respect of those around us (especially each other).  Now, I have nothing but respect for these guys.  And like most things, it's a two way street.

Yes Rapid, Grifter is completely right on this issue. Hell, even Grifter himself wasn't perfect because he was in *GASPS* CIA.

Hell, just about none of us got along when we first started out. For the most part, we were competitive and unfriendly, but the thing that we had and that you lack is mutual respect. We respected each other's skills and ability to rally the troops and what not.

Hopefully you will learn half as much as we have during your stay on GR.

I was in San Jose for a conference Sin. ?Glad to be home now though. ?I used to travel all the time, and except for the dead of winter, I love Michigan.

Best part of the trip was that I got to see the Wing win at a normal hour (and not 1:30 am like at home).

For the record, I do not claim to own you all.  I simply like doing the good ol' smack talking to get things going the same way it is done in GR(Sorry if it escalates more than it should, but that's everyone else's ego doing that).  If I was so good (Which I know I'm not) I would have never lost a CB yet.  So remember that all I'm doing is yes, getting my respect around here because too many people spent time trying to ruin me around here...  

And trust me, I get the job done when it comes to RS...
