When I look at the battle league, i see ACE on first place! WTF?

ACE is a total new clan started by silvio, typhy started mp5! U cant just give ACE their points now >:(

I look at the Homepage and i see:

Welcome Typhy, Night Hawk, Mysterio, Justin Sane and Maniac!!!!!!! These are the first members of ?cE and I'm very proud to have them.

so, these are all new members. Remove the points of ACE NOW or u get troubles (not only with me, i guess other clans wont accept this TOTAL BS)

 I guess you and all the others can just get the hell over it. I have all the right in a word to combine these two clans. All that it is, is adding new players to MP5, and a new name. Nothing more.

I'd like to also add, that my origonal intent was not to merge MP5 and ACE together. I wanted to sign ACE up, then show the problems with the points system, by getting to the top in the final 2 hours before the finals. However, aparently, I signed us up one day late, so I have no problem with bringing ACE and MP5 together.

If we've got the skill, then we deserve the rank. If not, come beat us, and we won't have the rank, simple as that.  

First as far as I know Typhy is co-leader of Ace together with Silvio.

Second clan renames are allowed and already happened a few times in the past.

Third due a chatlog between Typhy and Rapid it seems that they already play together since 2-3 weeks.

If they would name each other all MP5 nobody would probably say anything. So they decided to take Silvio's clanname and that's it about. Same players - other name.

I don't see a big problem with this.

So a "first Member" of ACE is automatically a CO-Leader? Then Nighthawk Mysterio and ppl are all co-Leaders? what a bs...

No that doesn't mean it. However I have Typhy's word that he is co-leader and in the members section of the Ace website. All members even Silvio appear as the same. No one is indicated as "THE" leader.  I only know from Typhy and Silv that they are both the heads of Ace.

I can't understand why you are so upset Absalon. Same players of MP5 + some new ones(who already played together for a while)- other names. No big deal.

Not that I care to add fuel to the fire here, but am I correct to assume the following:

If the Doctor clan absorbs all of -mi-  into Doctors then under this theory would we also gain all of their wins?  That would put us at 9-0 and very much in first.

No definatley not! If mi and Dr's would merge to mi. Mi would have the same score. All in all only the players of one clan move to another clan. It's like the usual player trading/recruiting so of course you keep your scores.

What about nh? typhy silv and nh were plaining out the website and getting ownage pics for when the 3 of them started the clan together. And nh left mi To be one of the leaders and im pretty sure nh is a leader because he wouldn't leave leader of MI to be a reg member of ACE.

Same situation here.  All members of MP5 agreed to join AcE, Silvio's clan he started for a school project.  There's is NO clear reason in the world why you would give AcE, MP5's old Battle score.  Think about it Mauti. :o

Wow, are you really that clueless? "No clear reason", huh? How about the fact that every member from MP5 is now in ACE? Isn't that reason enough? How about the fact that ACE = MP5 + NH, Silvio, Maniac and Justin?

If we're really all that good, then we deserve our rank. If we're not, then why don't you come beat us and take it away from us?

That's the point Letum is proving.  If the mi members became Dr's, more or less like the MP5 members became AcE, would they be allowed to have mi's CB record.  

Anyways, plain and simple, NEW clan = NEW CB record.  No carrying old record to new clan.  Simple as that. :o

 Fortunantly, the people "in charge" don't think in that fucked up way.

If mi and Dr merged, they would assume the 6-0 record of mi.  

"Fortunately*" for you, but not for the other 20 or so clans! :o

btw:  MPE used a SNIPER RIFLE in that CB! ;D  Gj Anyways though ;)

As I said before: If we're really that good, then we deserve that rank. If we're not that good, then come take it away from us in CBs.

So whatever clan a designated player with a CB record goes to, they get to carry their CB record to the new clan...  I think NOT. :o

 When two clans merge, they assume the record of the higher ranked clan. Simple as that.  

Nice that someone else is thinking the same way about this bs.

I understand your problem. You don't think that Silvio, Maniac, Nighthawk, and JustinSane should get any credit for what Mysterio and I achieved. However, if we're to work like this, then we'd have to have rules where clans aren't allowed to recruite new members during a battle league season, which would get quite messed up.

You may think what we did is cheap, or unfair, but regardless, it's perfectly legal within the battle league rules.  

That would be my thinking too. It wouldn't make sense to count both clan's stats, nor to reset the "new" clan's stats to zero. "new" means "renamed".

The fact is MP5 earned their way to first place. It doesn't matter if their name is ACE or ASS or FUK. All of the members in MP5 agreed to change the name to ACE, and they just recruited a few extra people. Now, if it was just Typhy changing the name to ACE and kicking out all the old players, I could see the problem, but that's not the case. Stop worrying about this so much, and worry about how you're gonna beat them nexy season.  ;D
